Dear Folks,

Can you believe October is over this week?   I was walking through the store and heard Christmas music.  Already?!?  Yet it’s not hard to conceive when we are coming to the end of the normal farmer’s market season.  Luckily, we and our customers are not normal!  We are not hindered by an ending.  We see a beginning.  The cold weather brings the beginning of our off-season schedule.  Details are not complete yet, but you can be sure that your town will be on our winter schedule EVERY week.  Tell your friends how to order for the regular, weekly drops in your town.

We have plenty of beef, pork, lamb and chickens for the year.  And don’t forget the honey and honey products to enhance your entrées.

A number of you have ordered smoked turkeys for the holidays.  There are still some available, so don’t miss out.  The price is $2.50/lb.  The maximum amount of money for a turkey will be $50.00 no matter the size.
