Dear Folks,

“YES, YOU CAN AFFORD IT!”  was declared by Parade magazine today in reference to STEAK.  The article quoted a happy shopper who discovered “cow-pooling.”  Several families teamed up to buy a side of grass-fed beef from a local farmer.

Isn’t fun to be newsworthy?

Petit Jean Farm appreciates many of you who have been bulk purchasing beef, pork, and lamb for some time now.  There is no better time to buy those bulk orders than winter.  For each brave soul who came to market this past weekend, there was no doubt what season this is.  What troopers!

Whether you invest in “cow-pooling,” Family Packs, regular variety packs, or “pay ahead” subscriptions (1/4 year, ½ year, whole year), you are assured of top quality meat at a much reduced cost.  Thanks again for your continued support.

Our schedule for Downtown Hot Springs is 11:30 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. at the Transportation Plaza.  The Village Community Market remains the same, meeting on Fridays from 2:30 to 5:00 P.M.  The Locally Grown websites operating this week are Little Rock and VCM.

All orders for the week need to be made by noon on Thursday by calling us at 501-727-5659 or emailing ed@gatewayfarm-ar.com.  To check our available inventory, visit our website at http://www.petitjeanfarm.com/FarmInventory.html.
