Dear Folks,
Outside it's a dark and rainy night. The kitchen is cozy and warm though and apparently suits the cat just fine.
What suits me just fine tonight and leaves me with a warm feeling is the last conversation held out at the barn.
A young, stout, handsome father of three youngsters just picked up 2 of the new Family Pack Specials. His family lives nearby in Morrilton and he said, "we try to feed our family right."
We talked about the pressure of time and money to just bring home cheaper quality food even fast food…much easier, quicker, and readily available.
For a very long time now, we have been trying to figure out a way to make REAL food be competitive with fast food in price. Many people are well aware of the comparative health/taste advantages of local real food, but simply cave in to pressures of time and money.
Developing special "economy" packages is a relatively new endeavor for us but I am pretty sure the new 50/50 Family Pack that makes it possible to eat whole food for $1/meal (serving) is the first of its kind.
We appreciate all of your orders so far for the 50/50 Special. There are supplies for approximately 75 more orders so don't wait too long if this looks attractive to you.
