Dear Folks,

Easter is less than three weeks away!  What will you have for dinner?  Will it be a large mouth-watering ham, either fresh or smoked?  Or individual delectable lamb chops?  Whatever your pleasure, give us your order early, before the supply runs out.

We love to feel the warmer weather and see the increased number of people it brings.  However, with more folks venturing out each week, we know there will be more demand for choice cuts.  Please be sure to make your regular weekly orders as early as possible so we can be sure you get what you want.

As the days get longer and the evenings get warmer, this is a great time to start grilling.  We have some excellent selections that work wonderfully on the grill, whether you’re at home or at a campsite.  Prime rib beef steak and boneless pork loin chops will definitely make your cookout a gourmet experience.  The irresistible aroma of hot or mild pork sausage cooking over a campfire will be a perfect way to wake up the sleepiest camper in your family.  Of course there’s always the classic – hamburgers!  We have plenty of ground beef and also hamburger patties.  Be sure to check our inventory online at www.petitjeanfarm.com/farminventory.html to see the rest of our selection.
