Finally, cool nights and brilliant fall-like days that bring travelers to Arkansas and make natives want to be outdoors.  What fun to see so many of you out to farmers’ markets recently.

It’s also a good time to think about a bulk order of beef, pork, and/or lamb.  Even an Economy Pack bulk order for $55.00 saves money and gives you complete flexibility in what cuts you prefer.  Of course, an order for a quarter, half, or whole beef, pork, or lamb provides the same economic advantage as if you had raised the animal yourself.
